Is Luke Hair wig made from human hair? How can I tell if a wig is made from human hair?

 Our wigs are made from 100% human hair. Consider the following method to distinguish if a wig is made from human hair:

 Take a small strand of hair from the wig and burn it with a lighter. Human hair smells like burnt protein. When you rub burnt hair with your fingers, it will turn into ashes.

 Take a single hair strand and run your fingers from the root to the tip, it feels smooth and silky. Then, when you reverse the direction and run your fingers from the tip to the root, you'll notice that it feels dry and less smooth.


How should I care for my wig?

       For wigs with looser curls such as body wave or loose wave, we suggest washing them at least twice a week. Wigs with tighter curls should be washed once a week or more frequently if needed. Proper care is essential to extend the life of your wig.
Follow these daily hair care tips:

      Saturate the wig with warm waterapply a generous amount of hair conditioner to the hair, and gently detangle it with your fingers or wide tooth brush. To minimize its frizz or dryness, you can let the conditioner sit for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. After that, use sulfate -free shampoo to wash your hair. (Please wash the hair in a downward motion to prevent tangling)

       Hold the wig cap and gently squeeze out excess water without wringing or twisting the hair to avoid tangling. Dry the hair with a micro fiber towel to minimize frizziness. Let the wig air dry n a well-ventilated place. you prefer using a hairdryer, please make sure to set to a low temperature when you blow dry it. Apply leave-in conditioner or hair care oil if needed.

Can I dye the wig if I don't like its color?

Of course you can dye the colors if you don’t like the natural color hair, our hair is 100% human hair, can dye to #27 easily, or some dark colors like jet black, green, blue,etc. But please take attention, we don’t suggest do colors on the curly hair, cause it will influence the curly textures, if you need colored curly hair, we can customize for you by our factory, please contact us directly for more details.

Do I need to pay sales tax for my order?

Yes. Any applicable U.S. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The exact amount will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase, and you won’t need to pay any additional sales tax when your order is delivered.

How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order?

After you place your order, our warehouse requires 1 day for processing. If your shipping address is in the United States, the package will be delivered within 3-5 business days after it is shipped. For other countries, the delivery time is typically 5-7 business days.

Which shipping carriers do you use? Can I choose a specific carrier for shipping?

We currently work with multiple logistics companies and will select the best delivery channel for your package based on your shipping information and product inventory, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or we can ship to your agent if you have in China.

Why is a signature required upon package delivery?

To ensure the safe delivery of your package and avoid any possible loss, we paid a higher price for some shipping methods to include Adult Signature Service.  If you don't want the signature service, please leave a note in your order. We will change to the shipping methods for which the signature is not included. If you have already placed an order, please contact customer service for further support.

My package arrived damaged, and a wig is missing/damaged upon receipt. What should I do?

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please check if any products inside the package are missing or damaged. Please retain the outer packaging wig the tracking number and all products you received and contact our customer service and the logistics provider as soon as possible. Our staff will assist you to find a proper solution.

What is the company's return policy?

Luke Hair offers exchanges and returns for unused wigs within 30 days of receipt. you need to do a return or an exchange,please contact our customer service to get more support.


What are the conditions for returning an order?
